Suffering for Jesus isn't all suffering. Sometimes you have to have fun. I mean you just HAVE to.
On Friday night we were privileged to go with some friends and 70,000 of our closest (WHITE) South Africans to Cape Town Stadium to see the EPIC U2 perform. It had been 14 years since South Africa had seen the band perform, but only a year and a 1/2 for us. Ironically, we went to the U2 concert in Raleigh the night before we MOVED to South Africa in 2009. Crazy. It was the same tour on Friday, some different songs, but many similarities. The difference was Bono and the band, who were noticeably moved and touched by being in South Africa and interacting with us! They got 'chocked up' more than once. Cool. It was a special night, but reminded us vividly and fondly of our great friends who shared the same show with us in 2009. Good times.

A group of friends went together, but these are all the beautiful girls!
Our row at the top (TOP!) of the stadium
Bono singing his HEART out for us! Amazing!!
The band takes the stage. EPIC.
